Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AIMemLink, operated by AIMemLink. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AIMemLink. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

The service

AIMemLink lets you store portable AI memory at public and private URLs, edit it from a dashboard, and optionally append private memory via Telegram. We do not guarantee that any AI tool will fetch, retain, or correctly interpret your memory URLs.

Your content

You own the memory text you submit. You grant AIMemLink a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate AIMemLink (including serving your public and private URLs and Telegram append). You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIMemLink to:

• Store or share illegal content, malware, or content you lack rights to publish.
• Store passwords, API keys, tokens, or other credentials (our scanner may block these).
• Store others' personal data without permission.
• Abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security of the service.

Public memory is readable by anyone who knows your username. Private URLs are bearer links — anyone with the full URL can read your memory. You are responsible for what you put in each zone and who you share links with.

Third-party services

Sign-in, hosting, and optional Telegram integration rely on third-party providers. Their terms and policies apply to those parts of your use. Pasting a memory URL into an external AI service is at your own risk.

Usernames

Usernames are public identifiers. Offensive or misleading usernames may be reclaimed or disabled at our discretion.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion via privacy@aimemlink.com.

Availability and disclaimers

AIMemLink is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI tools will fetch your URLs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMemLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service — including leaked private URLs, public exposure of memory, or third-party AI handling of your content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the service is free).

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date at the top of this page. We will not rely on silent "continued use" alone for material changes — new users must accept the current Terms at onboarding; existing users may be asked to re-accept when policies change materially.

Governing law and contact
