Telegram updates

1. Connect from the dashboard

Sign in, open your dashboard, and click Connect Telegram. A one-time link and QR code appear — scan the QR with your phone camera or tap the link, then press Start in Telegram. Check I opened Telegram and pressed Start, then click Verify connection.

The link expires in 15 minutes. If you are already connected and need Telegram on another device, use Reconnect on another device in the Telegram section.

2. Send plain text to append

Only plain text messages are saved to your private memory. Voice notes, photos, files, and other media are not supported — the bot will ask you to type instead. Editing a message in Telegram does not change memory; send a new message if you need to fix something.

Edit public memory on the web dashboard, which replaces both zones when you save.

3. Private link access alerts

When Telegram is connected, you get an alert whenever someone opens your private link. If it wasn't you, send /rotate or rotate from the dashboard.

ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI apps may appear to fetch your AIMemLink on every prompt, but their infrastructure may serve a cached copy instead of opening your link again. That's why you'll only receive an access alert when your link is actually requested from the AIMemLink server. If the AI is using a cached copy, no new alert is generated. Sharing any new link will trigger a fresh fetch and you'll receive a new access alert.

4. Useful bot commands

• /show or /memory — view full memory (public + private)
• /link — get your private memory URL
• /public_link — get your public memory URL (edit public memory on the web)
• /prompt — get ready-to-paste AI instructions (private link, cache-busted)
• /rotate — revoke your old private link and get a new URL

You can also rotate from Dashboard → Advanced → Rotate link.
